Cheese Plate

All cheese plates are served with toasted artisan bread and fig spread. Served as selections of 3 or 5 cheeses.
  • Manchego—sharp, semi-firm, crumbly
  • Beecher's Flagship— buttery, semi-firm, sharp
  • Beecher's Marco Polo—creamy, peppery, semi-firm
  • Oregon Blue Cheese—crumbly, tangy, robust
  • Prima Donna—firm, nutty,sweet

  • Smoked Gouda—creamy, semi-frim, smokey

Meat and Cheese Plate

Choice of two of the cheese selections above with assorted Italian meats such as Proscuitto, Sopressata, Coppa or Genoa Salami. Served with side accompaniments and crostini.

Caprese Salad

Fresh mozzerella slices, ripe tomato slices, and chiffonade basil. Drizzled olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Herb crusted goat cheese medallions

Served with side accompaniments and toasted artisan bread.

Flatbreads

  • Blue cheese, diced pears, and rosemary flatbread
  • Proscuitto, Carmelized Onions, chiffonade basil, shaved Parmesan Reggiano, and garlic olive oil

Desserts

  • Imperial Torte—Chocolate mousse, vanilla creme brulee, almond joconda with vanilla sponge cake
